Biynah Industrial Partners, LLC (Biynah) announces the acquisition of 12301 Dupont Avenue South located in Burnsville, MN (Asset).
The building consists of a single industrial facility totaling 167,325 sf. The Asset is 90% occupied with two existing tenants.
The portfolio was a joint venture between Biynah and a high net worth family office. “The Asset requires an extensive capital improvement initiative, but the value is derived through lease up of the current vacancy and the ability to buy a “high-clear” industrial asset in a fantastic location significantly below replacement cost” stated Jeff Josephs, Biynah’s co-founder and managing principal.
