Biynah Industrial Partners, LLC (Biynah) announces the acquisition of 1775 – 1801 Highway 8 NW located in New Brighton, MN (Asset).
The portfolio consists of two industrials buildings totaling 79,028 sf. The Asset is approximately 90% occupied with seven existing tenants.
The portfolio was a joint venture between Biynah and MLG Capital. “This is not the kind of asset we purchase. But we believe there is significant value to be extracted through a robust capital improvement plan and taking care of the existing tenants while having a clear exit strategy” stated Jeff Josephs, Biynah’s co-founder and managing principal.
