In March 2019, a private investment group, lead by Biynah, acquired a four-building light industrial portfolio in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The properties are well located, highly functional and were purchased at a discount to genuine replacement cost. At acquisition, the properties maintained a diverse, high-quality tenant-base and one vacancy totaling about four percent of the portfolio’s total square footage. Biynah aims to hold this investment over a long-term horizon and manage the properties in a best-in-class manner, which will include the implementation of a near-term capital improvement program.
