Alex. Brown Realty, Inc. (ABR) and Biynah Industrial Partners, LLC (Biynah) have entered into a joint venture to acquire the Milwaukee Industrial Portfolio in Milwaukee, Wisc. ABR Chesapeake Fund IV, a value-added real estate fund sponsored by ABR, invested $5.7 million in the venture.
